What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your order has shipped, the package is the responsibility of the shipping courier.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS acknowledges possession.  If your package is lost or stolen, we suggest submitting a claim to with your tracking number.


If USPS is unable to locate your shipment, we are able to review your case with proof of your USPS claim submission.  We require a copy of the USPS claim response email in order to proceed with any such review; submitting the inquiry number alone is insufficient.


My product arrived broken, what can I do?

If a part of your order arrives broken, please email a photo of your packing slip and the broken item to Please note that such claims must be submitted within 30 days from the day your package was delivered.


Can I return or exchange an item?

We will only accept untampered, unopened items.  Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to the address below for exchange or refund.  Please notify us by phone at (310) 887-9999 or by email at if you are returning a product.

If the clear seal on the product is broken, it will not be accepted.  We are not responsible for facilitating the return.  We are not financially responsible for the return shipping cost.  Refunds will be processed when we receive the item and confirm it is untampered and unopened.  Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.


Can I change the address on my order?

Our shipping policy is as follows: 

All orders will be processed within 1 business day. Orders are brought to the post office in batches on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 2:30pm PST.  All orders that come in after 2:30pm will be processed for the next shipping day.

As such, we strongly recommend checking your email directly after purchase for your order confirmation notice so you can ensure the correct shipping address was entered.  If you notice an error, please contact us immediately by phone at (310) 887-9999 or by email at  However, please be advised that there is no guarantee that we will be able to correct the error prior to shipment.


How do you calculate shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout via USPS.  Orders with subtotals over $100 ship complimentary.

We ship within the continental United States only.  


Can discount codes be used for regimen kits?

Regimen kits are pre-discounted.  As a result, additional discount codes will not apply.

Are YovinoMD Beauty products safe for use while pregnant?

Unless otherwise labeled, no studies have been conducted in pregnancy on topical use of active ingredients in our products. However, as such, a relatively small portion is absorbed through the skin. We recommend you review our list of active ingredients with your obstetrician prior to use.
